One of two things happened here: One: You lied about this (the cameras take continuous video, not still pictures) and you should delete it. Two: Whoever was reviewing the section of video where you were allegedly rear-ended accidentally marked it as you ran the red light, in which case you should take the ticket to court and fight it.
wouldn't you have figured that out more quickly by looking at the picture?
