he did 1 over, police not allow to give ticket if it 1 over because speed gun is never that accurate. Sometimes it can be 2~3 over, depend on where you live. And OP doesnt deserve a ticket for doing 1 over, or break up with the cop daughter (what ever the reason is). That call abuse of the law for personal matter
