Today, I got an acceptance later to a great boarding school in India for my senior year of high school. I sent them a letter telling them I wouldn't go, because I just got back with my ex-boyfriend. I just got a text from my boyfriend. Guess who's my ex again? FML

Today, my boyfriend informed me that he'd resolved all the issues with his ex and is getting back together with her. Normally I could tolerate this if it weren't for the fact that I just moved to a different country to live with him, and turned down a university and a scholarship. FML

Today, I was accepted to college and received a scholarship equal to almost half the tuition. After sharing this news with my parents, I spent the next 35 minutes getting yelled at about how I wasn't allowed to go there because my boyfriend might go there. FML

Today, I was chilling with my best friend and suddenly I got a text from my ex saying he wanted me back. My best friend saw the text and said, "Don't go back with him, you deserve better." I wanted to go back with him but I didn't. Later, I saw them hanging out and turns out they're dating. FML

Today, I got a large envelope from a college I applied to earlier. My mom, expecting big news, made my family gather round as I opened it. It ended up being a letter of rejection from not just that school, but all three campuses of the state college. FML

I'm sorry, but you shouldn't be making decisions based on the person you're dating. Especially not in high school. Especially not with someone you've JUST gotten back together with. If you broke up once, there's high chances you will again.

What's wrong with going to a boarding school in India? I know this amazing alternate boarding school in India which is based around spirituality as well as education. All students are equal (They don't even have monitors or class presidents) and groups of students live on campus with one teacher each. The school is situated in a small forest village land. It's a beautiful campus for studying and being close to nature. And they even have computer labs if you were thinking they're disconnected from the rest of the world.
