Today, I got an acceptance later to a great boarding school in India for my senior year of high school. I sent them a letter telling them I wouldn't go, because I just got back with my ex-boyfriend. I just got a text from my boyfriend. Guess who's my ex again? FML

YDI. SERIOUSLY?! You're all of 17 or 18 years old, and you turned a good school down because of a relationship that you weren't even in, but were hoping to get back into? I don't care if you'd been together since 8th grade, you're an idiot for turning down a school for a guy, especially at your age, and that school probably doesn't deserve you anyway.

Ummm... NEVER EVER EVER EVER let a boyfriend, girlfriend or whomever dictate your decisions about your future, especially when they are an ex. Yes, it's important when you are married or in a long term relationship... but you deserved this.
