Your kids needs some serious help.
Good kid.High five him for me
I surely hope that plan changes...if he keeps pursuing it perhaps unfriended will change his mind
Please for the love of god take your son's access to the Internet away for a year, or at the very least give him a good slap to the face. He deserves it because no one should want to be an Internet Troll, that makes people want to die, when they grow up. Not even a 7-year-old.
I agree with the first part, but slapping a kid in the face? That's absolutely disgusting and degrading, not to mention that children who were beaten often become sadists which is exactly what OP needs to prevent.
Slapping in the face is illegal in all 50 states. Would you slap an adult? No because you would get charged before the handprint fades away. How disgusting.
#75 I didn't say beat the child, I said slap him, no more than once I will add. My parents did it to me before about the same age and they never went to prison, and the things I did back then was nothing compared to this kid.
Part of me wants to say that a child doesn't have the same level of empathy that people develop as they grow older (that amounts to 10% of me), so he can't be expected to not say something really bad from time to time. The rest of me says that 7 is plenty old enough to understand what he said and bring the hammer down on this kid. Even if he was being a smart ass, there is a time and place for jokes like that. I would expect a joke like that from a 9th or 10th grader when asked that question (asking a high schooler that question as a serious class assignment is just begging for a smart ass joke), but it's not ok from a 7 year old.
This is very concerning behavior, parents need to be watching for signs like this and take them to get help. Most people ignore signs of mental illnesses until it's too late and the person has done something.
That movie was creepy. Good, but really creepy.
7 years old? He has to be the one being trolled for being a squeaker. It's the natural order of things.
Your son has no chill.

Sounds like you need to have a bit of a talk about compassion...
What concerns me is how he learned that...
