Today, I got denied a refund for my dream coffee machine. I've overdrafted my bank account to buy it on Offer Up for an excellent price, but USPS delivered the package to a wrong address. Someone got it for free. Offer Up won't refund me because it says "delivered" on the tracking page. FML

I'm sorry, you overdrafted your bank account for a COFFEE MACHINE? You know you can't live solely on coffee, right?

Did we learn to check the address twice and not to overdraft?

Contact the bank. Tell them it was a fraudulent charge.

Omg so file a claim with USPS. People can’t be this clueless. Well, you overdrafted your account for coffee, so maybe you are.

Shotty business practices, go to the address and try to get it back. I'm in a course where I'm learning about financial stuff and this is exactly what I just had a quiz on. Threaten the company that you'll cancel the bank statement, or threaten to contact the authorities.

So you went into overdraft for a coffee machine Why not just save for things like every one else OP Did you put in the wrong address or is a neighbour being funny and not handing it over

lol like, YDI for coming here instead of doing something about it. If the company can't prove YOU accepted the package AKA a signature, then dispute the charge. Call your bank ffs stop bitching and do something. Also, YDI for spending money you don't have. This is what is a huge part of what is wrong with the USA
