Today, I got dressed in what I thought was a really adorable outfit. I had a cute pink skirt on, a white tank top and silver strappy sandal heels. On my way to the mall a car pulls over and this guy asks me how much for three hours. FML

Today, I was planning on meeting my friend at the mall. She came late, and I was in the dressing room trying on a few things. When I came out to meet her, she looked at me oddly and said, "You shouldn't buy that, it looks terrible on you." Those were the clothes I came in. FML

Today, I finally bought the expensive but beautifully stylish dress I've been eyeing for ages online. Ten minutes later, I went back to check the shoes the model was wearing so I could coordinate my outfit. The dress had been reduced to half price. FML

Why is everyone telling her what to wear? She can wear what she wants. She should be able to wear whatever she wants without being harassed. Everyone should be able to wear whatever they want without being harassed (unless it's like, a t-shirt with a swastika on it or something). Like, it's ridiculous how fixated everyone is on telling women the specific shape and combination of fabric scraps we must drape ourselves with in order to be worthy of basic respect, as though an arrangement of fabric can say anything about someone's value as a human being. Also, what is with this "show either your legs or arms but not both" crap? Men can take their whole shirt off while wearing shorts and no one cares, why can't women? Oh right, because liberated boobs are scary and disrupt civilization, because men are babies who can't control themselves when they see boobs. Also, I rarely see women wearing long sleeves with their shorts or short skirts, so that's just looking for excuses to judge the maximum number of women for stupid reasons.
