Sue their asses for everything they got on the grounds of wrongful termination!
I'd file a lawsuit Equal employment opportunity my butt!
You should feel glad you got out of a place that has no respect for women... good On u op
yeah, you have to have solid evidence for it to stand. not the word of mouth from a friend
Was it hooters?
It wasn't a hooters, it was a family restaurant with plenty of kids and everything in there. I'm glad I'm not there anymore, it seems there were some other potentially sketchy things going on as well. Thanks everyone for your support! I don't think I'd have enough grounds to sue, nor do I have the funds to hire a lawyer =/
That's sexist and wrong. Sue their ass!
It's also grounds for a lawsuit if you can prove it...

That is so unfair. Don't loose your self respect for a job.
You don't want to work at a place like that anyways. You deserve a better job where they actually treat their employees with self respect.
