Today, I got home early from work at 2am to find my girlfriend of 5 years missing. Upon further inspection, I caught the "other man" dropping her off out front. So much for the engagement ring I bought for her. FML

Today, it was the second anniversary of the day I met my girlfriend. I had to go to work, but I set an engagement ring and a letter on my pillow for when she woke up, and left breakfast for her on the counter. When I got home, she and all of her things were gone. FML

Today, I'm living with my now ex-girlfriend of 9 years in the house we bought together. What's worse than that is the fact that 2 weeks before she told me she was unhappy and ended it, I had bought an engagement ring. I didn't get the chance to ask, and had to return the ring. FML

K but did she cheat? No, really. was it just dropping her off or "kiss goodbye" kind of a thing? if the first one, talk to her! Don't tell her how much you know but do listen to her side of the story, ask where she's been, who he etc...maybe it is just a friend, hell, maybe he is family or a coworker? If it's a no-debate kiss on the front porch thing, well, I hope you can return the ring :/
