Hopefully you got his license plate. Report him to your insurance, (without the sing song shit), and then report him to the police. I mean, seriously, is he 5?

Not sure why you got thumbed down for this comment. That's exactly what OP should do, possibly in the reverse order. If he left before the cops got there he could be charged with leaving the scene of an accident.
