Don't know about France but in England they can't cut your water because it's essential for life so I'd pay the electricity but obviously it may be different there.

keep the electric going, you can buy water as you need it and i'm sure if you needed to shower you could ask a friend to help you out.

A tough decision, i d say the electricity bill, you can buy a huge jug of water at the store for cheap and just use the water economically.. Youll need electricity to use the stove so pay that
