Jesus everybody is sue-happy. You shouldn't have paid for the service, what you got was a chemical burn. Next time, tell your stylist your scalp is sensitive and to not let chemicals touch it. And I hope you told your stylist it was burning? She sounds like trash though.
They can be hot, mine were but because i did a blonde. Totally sucks, hopefully you didnt pay, and complained..
And why exactly did you sit up in the middle of taking them off?
Never trust fancy salons. They do it how they want not how you want and never let you have any input.
Time to find a new stylist.

She probably just didn't want to get fired so she pretended YOU were the one being sensitive.
This happened to me too!! They said the oozing was just conditioner. I went to the doctor, got meds, and then back to the place and demanded a refund

OMG! You shouild sue the company!!!!!1
Were the foils actually hot or was it the chemicals they were using that burnt your scalp? This happened to me once when I got my hair straightened. They left the treatment on for too long and I ended up with a very sore scalp and red burn marks on the top of my forehead. Needless to say I didn't go back there again.
