What the hell? My little sister is 11 and knows not to talk about people behind their back or in front of them, my parents even talk about people behind their backs but me and my sister know not too cause its rude. I'm really sorry for what our generation has come too.

I feel like I might be one of the last polite teenagers in the universe. Until I was 11, I called people " ma'm" and "sir". I waited until the people got off the elevator before I got on, I stood in line quietly and patiently until the people in front were done ordering, and I actually did help elderly people to get where they were going. Of course, I didn't have a phone, music, or any other big technology. And I read most of the books for my age, in our public library. I sometimes think that my brothers and I were the only well brought-up kids. when I hear about and see what today's kids are like.

She has such low self esteem if she's doing that to you

If this is true, then FYL. However, I'm leaning toward fake, as I've never known ANYONE that could keep cell signal in an elevator. So either she was a little bitch pushing your buttons by name calling, or you're a shameless attention/sympathy seeker, in which case, YDI.

The person on the other end of the phone can't see her. So anything you say, she can't disprove. Things like "Are you done taking a shit? We've been waiting in line for twenty minutes!" or whatever embarrassing comment that she would not want a friend to overhear..... Just be nice and loud so you know the other person heard it.
