Today, I got pulled over for the first time since I got my license. I have disorganized speech and occasional inappropriate emotional response. I began to laugh due to nervousness and when I tried to explain why, I was arrested because he thought I was high. FML

Today, I got pulled over for the first time. When the officer came up to my window, I immediately burst out into tears due to nervousness. He kept asking me for my licence and registration. Hysterical, I wasn't able to comply. He arrested me for not cooperating. FML

Today, I got pulled over for speeding. I tried to make a joke to ease the tension and said, "I’m just trying to keep up with the traffic!" The officer looked around at the empty road and said, "What traffic? Are you under the influence? HANDS ON THE WHEEL!" It went downhill from there. FML

Today, I drove alone for the first time since I passed my test. I kept getting weird looks from other drivers and got pulled over by a cop. He said I was clearly underage and was sure my license was fake. Almost half an hour later, he finally let me go. I hate having a baby-face. FML

Today, a police officer pulled me over while I was riding my high performance motorbike. He asked if I knew why he'd pulled me over. It was too tempting to resist at the time, but in hindsight telling him ,“Because I let you?” was not the best idea I’ve ever had. Cops have no sense of humour. FML

Today, I was smoking while driving. A cop pulled me over and asked if I knew what I did wrong. I thought he could smell the tobacco, so I decided to just admit it. As it turns out, I was going well over the speed limit. FML

#1, Wtf? OP, I'm like that too.... I find things funny in innappropiate situations and then I get MORE nervous when people around me say " Why are you laughing?" Its really annoying....

**** the police for always freaking out about drugs. i have a friend who has a prescription for medical marijuana (which is legal here in california), and the cop arrested him for having "herion," even after my friend showed him his marijuana license explained that it was hash. so many cops have no idea what drugs are, look like, or do, so they make stupid mistakes.

It's not just cops that have no idea what drugs are/look like/do. See the current uproar about and bans of salvia divinorum in several states. Senators can also be idiots.

um, hashish can look like heroin, and heroin can look like hashish. also, he was arrested for "suspicion" of having hashish. key word, "SUSPICION". how convenient would it be for any hippy with a green card to say "oh man, its just hash bro, i don't mess with heroin" to get out of a felony.

Oh man I'm like that too...I laugh at the most inappropriate times, and often have a hard time explaining things. It really sucks because it's very difficult for me to persuade anyone.
