I hope you live in Florida, where the law says that no matter whose fault it actually was, the person who rear-ended you automatically is at fault and has to pay for the damage.

Two words: Women drivers.

I HATE women who apply their makeup while driving. Could they be any more stupid? I'm a girl, and you just need to get up ten minutes earlier and avoid killing someone. Damn. Oh and all you people saying women are bad drivers...that's not entirely true. Men do maneuver vehicles better than women on average, but men also take more risks. That's why car insurance for guys is usually higher (at least in my state).

At least she has class.

29: you think women kill less people on the road than men, but there must be more damage caused by women, so the money that is spent on repairing the cars could instead have been used on food, supplies etc for countries that need them, so in a way women might kill more :/

Hey guys. So this was my FML submission. And I really didn't think it would spark a crazy debate about the sex of bad drivers. But you should know a few things before you comment. For one: I'm a woman. And it never occurred to me to me to be pissed of at this chick because she's a woman. She was just distracted. Something that can happen to anybody; male or female. Two: I didn't sue her. There was just a tiny dent in my car and I got a little whiplash. Seriously, guys? If everybody sued each other over stupid little things that happen at 8 in the morning, the world would go to shit and this site would go into overload. I just thought it was a funny (and kinda sad) thing that happened to me that I thought I'd share with the world. Totally didn't mean to pit all the gender-righteous people against each other. Please don't fight over my ******-up life.

Women are such terrible drivers, atleast where I live. They don't go to fast or anything. They either go to slow or they don't know what they are doing or they are always distracted by self phone or make-up. Women are horrible drivers.

btw when i say women are bad drivers i dont mean they get into the most accidents. I mean they are the most trouble-some on the road. They are mostly never paying attention (with some exceptions) and worsen traffic by either going to slow or not being sure of what they are doing.
