That's terrible!! I get terrible hayfever, and on some days it's a wonder that I can even walk straight :S If antihistamines don't work, perhaps try talking to your doctor about desensitisation injections? They work like a charm :) Heck, I can actually walk outside during springtime!
I completely sympathise. And the medication makes me dopey. I was known as "mushrooms" at my old work due to hayfever. Hope you still got paid.
Suddenly, I am so, so thankful that my bosses and co-workers acknowledged my allergies and realized that no, I'm not taking illegal narcotics. I didn't even get fussed at when I was still on Zyrtec and was basically a zombie.
