So how old is your step-sister's grandma's aunt? I have an aunt that is a few years younger than my cousin. It was pretty awkward for her when she was a young girl a teenager would call her "auntie"

See: op's (guess) dad is a rather hood age and had op when he was young. Daddy then goes and gets a lovely little trophy wife of 19, who has a lid. Her mother had her when she was 14-16? And so therefore as long as op is at least 12 years older than her step mum and her friend as well, there's no issue, just a really awkward family reunion.
