Just so you know, I live in a council estate so I always figured my neighbour would be able to break in if he wanted. It was just a shocked to see how easy it was. And I can't change the locks with out going through a big pile of paper work and waiting for permission. So much hassle. Any way thanks for the funny comments =)

The shadow you saw at night was not a bad dream
Have a good night sleep lol
Wow. Well better you found out before an actual break in.
New locks...that should make it harder...
How does your Neighbour know a pencil would do the trick...

Who needs a new lock? A chair against the handle will work!
Sorry for my ignorance, OP, but what is a council estate? I live in the US and I'm clueless.
It's what we would call Section 8, the projects, or government housing.
It's where they put all the people on pensions, unemployment or low incomes. So any one who can't afford market rent. That means usually it's a mix of drug addicts, gang members, old people and singles parents.
LOL! Good one. =)
op, are you a drug addict, gangster, single parent, or old person?
single parent
Can't believe you're now risking burglary and possibly death because of 'a bunch of paperwork' you're lazy and YDI
Actually it's because with that paper work there is also quite a fee. Which I can't afford. If I could afford such things I wouldn't be in a council estate. Also I don't have anything worth stealing.
I don't really believe that, you mentioned nothing about money before but now it's the major issue stopping you from doing it.
I'm sorry but way to be a real asshole.
Wow. And I thought I was a bitch. Hope you don't mind if I screen cap this comment to prove myself true when I say there are bigger bitches out there than me.
Ease off her #53! If you live in a council house in the UK you generally might not have much spare cash, and if she's renting you have to get various permissions from the council in order to change things, i.e change the lock. Getting anything fixed can be a lengthy process...
I actually didn't come here for your opinion either but we all find ourselves giving it don't we. All I said was that it would be worth the time and effort to get the locks changed
What I'm saying is start the lengthy process now so she can get the locks changed ASAP, before someone very easily breaks into her house and murders her
Please just close your mouth you hideous creature
Maybe it's time to invest in a new lock OP
Too bad she has to got through hell and back to do so...

You might want to invest in some better locks...
Still better than District 9 housing. Don't have to deal with as many aliens where you are, OP.
