Today, I had a hour long conversation with someone I apparently was friends with a few years ago. I couldn't remember who he was for the life of me, so I just played along. Finally, I told him I didn't remember him. He had the wrong number. I had a long conversation with a wrong number. FML

I've called someone and they had the same name as the person I was actually trying to call. We talked for a while before I realised I had the wrong number.

I did the same thing once, except it was via MSN and we both 'knew' each other - it lasted for weeks and wasn't until I started mentioning the names of other people did he, and then I, realize that I'm not the Alex he knew, and he's not the Jason I knew.

I think I'd be more pissed if I was the other person.. "Today, I looked up one of my good buddies from high school and called him up. We spent an hour talking until the asshole told me it was a wrong number. Fml."

Hey, if you're a girl, this is totally a good thing. Get married and have kids. Even if you aren't, doesn't seem like much of an FML. You two must have had some chemistry to talk for AN HOUR.

exactly. someone called me and the same thing happened, but they found out I wasn't who they were trying to call in like 5 minutes. I wouldn't have been able to keep the conversation going for a whole hour.

I think that's nice but still if you're gonna get mad to the point of writing an FML about how you wasted an hour, you should've been straight with them in the first place.
