I find it hard to feel sorry for you. It's just highschool.. Just walk out of the class and if the teacher tries to punish you, tell them to make a phone call home. It's not that hard, stand up for yourself.
YO. Get your mom and grandfather over to your school and have them bitch out the gym teacher to the principal... Cause that definitely isn't gunna fly with me. Sorry they made you run with and injury
Sorry, but if you ran the mile, YDI. You should've limped right to the sideline and stayed there. I take that back if you're in military school.
When I twisted my ankle my dad bullied me and called me a drama queen and told me to "get yo own damn asprin." As soon as I stood up there was a loud crack. Turns out my ankle is broken and I have torn ligaments and I'm going to need physical therapy three days a week. Trust me, you should NEVER let someone bully you like that. You could end up hurt worse.
I would have said, well too bad, that sucks, I'm not doing it
You have free will. They can't actually MAKE you do anything.
OP you shouldn't let people tell you what to do if its not right. Even if he is an authority figure!! What's the worst that could have happened, they call your mom? She could have cleared it up. Think for yourself and life will be better for you, not always but you won't be running a on a twisted ankle.
Your life sucks

Apparently only kids in school are allowed to have poor handwriting these days...shoulda said your grandpa was a doctor, that'd clear it right up
Oww. If those staff suspected anything, couldn't they have checked the ankle? Our staff could have.
