Why on earth should the apologize for your allergic reaction? I haven't once blamed a beer company for the fact that I get sick after drinking beer, due to a recently discovered barley allergy. It's not their fault that I have this allergy.

To those who keep asking "why should they apologize" I have but one thing to say. It's called a LAWSUIT. If they don't apologize and try to make it up to the customer, they could face legal issues, which no business wants. So they suck up to whoever they pissed off or whatever in the hopes that they don't sue.
