Today, I had all of my wisdom teeth removed. After the anesthesia wore off, I asked how long the procedure took, and the nurse told me a little less than an hour. Apparently I thought this was hilarious and started laughing, which ripped my new stitches. FML

Today, I had my wisdom teeth pulled. The local anesthesia worked on three of the four teeth. I found out about the last tooth when the dentist was mid-yank. FML

Today, I woke up from my wisdom tooth surgery… while they were still sawing my jaw. I had such a bad panic response that they also cut my lip, so I have stitches inside and outside of my mouth, as well as the haunting crackle of bone being removed from my skull stuck in my head. FML

Today, I went to get some teeth pulled. I had Novocaine in my gums and lip so I couldn't feel a thing. When the doctor is pulling out the last tooth, he sneezes and pulls the tooth out. He looks in my mouth and I hear, "Oh, shit..." I now have stitches in my mouth. FML

Today, I went to the dentist to get my wisdom teeth removed. The surgeon took a better X-ray to see what he was dealing with before he got started. When he came back into the room, he started to laugh and told me it was my lucky day because in the X-rays he found 2 big extra wisdom teeth. FML

Today, after a very painful mouth surgery, I went home to take a nap. Then my nose started bleeding, so I stuck a tissue in it and fell asleep. When I woke up, I was so high from painkillers that when I saw the tissue, I thought it was a ghost. I screamed so loud I burst a stitch. FML

Today, I got my wisdom teeth pulled. Apparently the medicines don't work on me. I woke up in the middle of the surgery and felt EVERYTHING. One of the nurses asked if I was okay, and the doctor just kept saying "Don't worry she's just dreaming", while tears were pouring down my face. FML

Today, I had to be go to the ER after I fell on a rake. After having stiches put in, my Mom wanted me to go to the store with her. My friend saw me at the store and thought it would be funny to rip off the band aid because she thought I was hiding a zit. She ripped out my stitches. FML

when I had all mine took out last year I just about couldnt walk and then by the time I got my medicine whatever they gave me earlier to stop the pain had been wore off for like half an hour. it really sucks.

OMG i got my wisdom teeth removed couple days ago, its the 5th day and im STILL swollen, i normally hav big cheeks n now i look like a GIGANTIC CHIPMUNK! it sucks so bad n still got pain, didnt go to school today so im going to get 2 detentions when i get back because my parents dont care FML i just rambled lol :/ ugh!

you should have just gotten novocaine! my procedure was done in like six minutes and i felt pain for less than two days.

34 - I'm technically on day 4, I posted late. but I knoww your pain 35 - I did get novacaine && I couldn't feel my face for a good 3 hours after I got home. Once it wore off it was hell on earthh

I am on day 2, coming out of anesthesia for me wasn't as painful thank god. I started talking really loudly and excitedly about how much I wanted to kiss my husband...the nurses all laughed at me so I started jumping around looking for him. I didn't realize of course that my mouth was all bloody and filled with gauze, so as soon as I saw my husband I landed a huge sloppy kiss on him...poor guy...hahaha
