Today, I had my final economics exam, and needed to ace it, or else I would fail the entire module. After studying all day yesterday, and pulling an all-nighter today, I managed to pull it off and get a perfect score. Unfortunately, my teacher didn't believe that it was possible, and accused me of cheating. Now I may be thrown out of college. FML

You can't be thrown out of college unless she has proof, if you didn't cheat, she probably won't have proof. They might ask you take another test to prove you know the material, so be prepared for that.

they can't kick you out of college without proof that you cheated, and if they did, then I'd hope that you sue the shit out of them.

well she has no proof, what about retaking it?

Don't worry! You won't get kicked out! She has no proof. What's she going to tell the head honcho in charge when they tell her if she has any proof? Expect to file lawsuits if they do tend to kick you out.

I Don't know if this is real but if she thought you were cheating there had to be some type of proof. and if not has to make you retake it. How can you be thrown out? what school is this

make the guy prove it. i'd kill the guy if i was accused. congrats on the score btw

That happened to me with my biology final! They called a freaking disciplinary committee meeting to investigate the odds of me studying my butt off for a week to get an A in the class I would have otherwise failed.

OP, Keep in mind that you don't have to prove a negative, you dont have to prove that you didnt cheat, the teacher has to prove that you did. keep that argument handy.

if they can't prove anything they can't punish you
