... *awkward*... "So.. no hard feelings?"
In this economy people should value their job and be model employees. Employers have their pick of people right now, especially in the lower skilled areas.
#17.. same here. Ours have frozen our pay for the last 3 years (we're now on minimum wage) lengthened the opening hours we have to work (Yay 14hr shifts!) but cut all overtime. They have doubled our workload but it's OK because 'Plenty of people would kill for this job'!
Where the **** do you live?... In most states doing just one of those things would be illegal, check the laws regarding labour in your state. Might turn out they owe you some serious back pay.
Summary of the above: Work hard, or your ass is getting fired. I should do my summaries more often.
A perfect opportunity for her to redeem herself... orally.
Lawsuit!!! To bad you fired her, or she really wouldn't be in a position to make some fast cash.
I can't believe I'm doing this, but I just can't help myself. LAWSUIT?? LAWSUIT FOR WHAT? For getting stuck in an elevator? **** you. Congratulations, fucktards like you are the exact reason why the legal system in the US is so incredibly ******* broken. At the risk of repeating myself, go **** yourself. Twice.
Thanks, Doc. I couldn't have put it nearly as politely as you did.
Well, that's awkward. Did she cry the entire time you were stuck?
You did the right thing. Don't feel bad about firing someone that's like that.
Awkward.......
