Could you possibly take it to someone higher up? I would suggest collecting evidence. Keep emails and maybe see if he's done this to other employees and then try again. You really shouldn't have to work with that guy. Be persistent, and maybe get a lawyer.

If you still work for him, report to a higher up as suggested. That's shitty. My friend was sexually harassed by our manager and one of his favorite employees. Less than a week after making her complaint, $100 came up missing from her till and she was fired. ****** up.

I reported it to the owner. Can't get much higher up than that. I have videos of him staring at me for really long periods of time without talking. I have applied for other jobs, and as badly as I want to sue, I don't want to jeopardize future employment for being problematic (even though my case is 150% legit), because so many DO abuse the system. Sad and sick world we live in. The owner even said the reason this employee did all that was because I was "flirting" with him! Ha! The man is disgusting. Apparently some see being nice as flirting.

That's the same thing as saying you were "asking for it". I'm so sorry you're going through this. You should be comfortable at the workplace and not have to worry about you're future job if you report this. I don't have much advice to offer you because I've been in a similar situation and its very hard to prove harassment. I ended up leaving my job. I hope you have a better outcome

The guy ADMITTED to doing all that, and still nothing! That's when I got the "Well he thought you were flirting with him" line. I outright told the owner that even IF the employee thought I was flirting with him, he crossed many boundaries a normal person wouldn't even think of crossing! Not to mention that when I reported all this to HR, and also had other employee statements who witnessed all of the little harassment, it took them over a month to investigate after I kept bugging them to just start the investigation!! They did state to me that they were concerned and weren't taking the matter lightly, though. They also refused to send paperwork concerning this matter to his home so as to not let his wife be aware of his behavior at work. I don't even have advice for myself! Thanks to everyone for listening! Just needed to vent and to let others know that when someone claims sexual harassment, there are legit cases!

Take it to the media. Nothing gets companies to cover their asses faster than a news story about their screwups.
