When you talk about sexual harassment at work, you're not actually supposed to give specific examples for that very reason...

A few years ago I was working for a company that was bought out by a major nationwide corporation, and the first thing they did was force all of us to go through a sexual harassment course. When the seminar was over, the presenter opened it up for questions, and one of my female friends raised her hand. "Excuse me, but are you saying that the guys who work here can't flirt with me, or make sexual innuendo, or give me suggestive backrubs anymore?" The presenter, horrified, asked, "has that been happening to you?" and my friend said, "Hell yes. It's at least half of the reason I work here. If you are going to stop them, I might have to start looking for a new job."
