Ok I normally do not think people "deserve it" but in your case you do! Leave and come back later if it bothered you that much! Does not matter what your banking issues was (non of our business) but you had the option of getting out I it and you decided to stay! Sorry my two cents!

Lots of the banks around here are only open 9-5 weekdays. If you also work a 9-5 weekdays type of job it's difficult to get to the bank when you need to. Maybe she was on her lunch break at work and didn't have time to come back later.
