Today, I have been released from jail because my idiot friends decided to get me a surprise hooker for my birthday. Turns out "Candy" was actually an undercover cop. My friends ditched me. I was the only one arrested. FML

I never understood why undercover cops pull such a dangerous operation like this. I would assume the setting to be in a relatively private location with at least 4-5 guys and one, female, undercover cop with probably not even a gun available on hand. It just seems so easy for the guys to knock her out and make a run for it, maybe even rape her in the process.

They don't do this as far as I know. Usually as soon as the client "closes" the deal with the cop, she gives some sort of signal and then the client is arrested by other cops who are watching the whole time. I REALLY doubt that police would have the undercover cop go back to some guys place and such. There are way too many things that can happen/go wrong.
