Today, I have to defend my client in court. The defense that my client wants me to use is, "It's not a robbery if you have swag" and then goes on saying, "The judge is bound to let me go after he sees my swag." FML

Just let him argue that. He has to pay you for services regardless of if he wins or loses.

No lawman would allow a client to be this stupid. Unless you were an inner city youth that cheated on the B.A.R. and now exclusively cater to inner city youths...I am basically calling bs.
