Today, I have to defend my client in court. The defense that my client wants me to use is, "It's not a robbery if you have swag" and then goes on saying, "The judge is bound to let me go after he sees my swag." FML

I say let him try it. He'll see how far his swag will take him. Life lessons.

McDonalds is now accepting graduates from Swag University. Maybe he'll get in.

#52, for your information, swag is short for something. It originally stood for "Secretly We Are Gay" and was started in the 60's in San Francisco as a way to let young gay men know where they could comfortably go to hang out and socialize with other gay men without fear of being oppressed or victimized by society for being gay.

Lets hope he gets shanked. Swagfags should be exterminated.

By all means you SHOULD do as the client says. Customer is always right you know. On top of that, if he is actually this stupid, I would rather not have him put BACK into society because you are smart enough to get him there. The man has to pay you either way, do as he asks.

That will not go over well...add a YOLO that won't get much better...

Normally I try to hold my opinions back out of sheer politeness but... This guy is dumb. I detest the use of SWAG, YOLO and all the other statements that modern culture has made equate to the speaker is a complete idiot.. I feel bad for you OP.

You're saying this isn't why you became a PD? Sounds like it's time to circulate some CV's to private firms.
