Insurance? If you didn't have full coverage you deserve to pay for a vehicle that you can't drive. My wife wrecked a new car we bought within a month, and with insurance, we had a brand new car within 2 weeks, with the other one paid off.
How do these stupid fml's get approved? if no insurance than YDI !!!
didn't you have insurance? ydi if not!
"your a moron" Think about this.
One thing you might want to talk to your insurance company and/or the bank about is "collateral replacement", in exactly those words. What they do, is they go out and find a similar used car to the one that was totaled, with similar mileage and options, and that then becomes your collateral for the loan.
Ydi if you didn't have full coverage
I didn't feel like reading everybody's comments, but I know at some dealerships you get a type of insurance, where if you get into an accident/total your vehicle within the first year of owning your vehicle, the dealership will replace your vehicle with the same model for free. This insurance is not free obviously, so it has to be purchased on top of the warranty and insurance.

Ummm insurance?
Yeah, insurance should cover it, they should give you money for another car in the amount of what your car was worth before the accident. And if you don't have insurance, YDI.
