That used to happen to me when i was a kid, 2 or 3 times a year until i was about 8. Then i made myself put in checks for myself to check if i were dreaming or not before i would start to go. I even do these checks now, years later, when awake, just to make sure before i go. Usually in the mornining when i'm still groggy. Now all my dreams are lucid, which is to say, i realize i'm dreaming, and can control my dreams now. The only problem now is that i lose track of whether i'm dreaming or not when i have a dream in my dream. As a result, this happend to me once last year in a dream i had while i was dreaming a lucid dream, but i caught myself and stopped it mid flow. Once in 15 years isn't bad i'd say.

I've dreamt of peeing before, and every single time I've woken up and gone to bathroom if I needed to. your muscles are contracted when you are dreaming, if you are peeing while asleep as an adult, you could possibly have a fairly serious medical condition and should get yourself checked out.
