Section off the two sides.
easy separate them into two different cages, so one can have the mirror and the other one doesn't . then you can have peace and quiet.
You can win. It's called a second cage.
sell one.
You already lost the moment you bought a parakeet. Only way to win is to kill them both.
That's evil.
perhaps try a single-sided mirror? also the suggestions for state cages, cages cover(s), and a mirror that can only be accessed by one at a time, in a further section of the (probably small-ish) cage are all good. best of luck!
Cover the cage with the parakeet that's doesn't like the mirror and then that you can leave the mirror where it is
Get two different cages?
YDI for giving your parakeets body image issues.
Take the mirror out and after a while your parakeet will get used to it. Don't teach him that he gets what he wants when he screeches.

Get them separate cages or a cage with a bottom and top level that one only has access to.
That's quite a predicament you see your self in..
