People seem to think that being a nerd means you are well versed in all things nerdy. Just because you love star wars doesn't mean you like star trek. There are lots of things she could be nerdy about. Maybe Star Trek isn't one. I also have to say I think anyone would be surprised if their partner started speaking Klingon while having sex.
