id say deliberately abusing and exposing your SO to illness over a petty chore would definitely be acceptable grounds for a divorce. if abuse doesnt sound like a just reason to you then what is? do we really need to sit down our partners and explain that this behaviour is unacceptable before we leave them? id like to think not.
