That is absolutely disgusting. My husband leaves a dirty toilet behind sometimes.. If it bothered me, I would just make him clean it. But it doesn't, shit happens and some bleach with a toilet wand will clean it off the toilet. You need to have a serious talk with your wife about hygiene and communication skills within your marriage.
