Yes, I was. I tend to feel that people should know about the various things like that. Especially when they're new, as I don't think there's anything specific in the rules about shouting first. I think it qualifies under 'keep comments relevent' or something... However, if you are referring to the fact that your comment hasn't been moderated yet, the mods might not have seen it or think you're joking.
