No sweetie it doesn't. Only 13 year old girls would think that because that's what their moms told them so they don't cake it on and look like ******. Foundation is used to even out the skin tone and most girls regardless if their face is perfect, use it. Soon enough you'll start using it too.

that happened to me back in college, but it wasn't my foundation, it was my zit cover-up. so it wasn't my whole face glowing, just a few isolated splotches around my face :( i empathize
