Time for a break up
You mean your exboyfriend an soon to be defendant in court
Does he have a wife he didn't tell you about too?
He's fairly shtoopid for thinking you'll never find out...
Sry but I have to agree with #14. Why would you give a boyfriend access to your bank account. I'm not talking about fiances or husbands here! I'm talking about boyfriends. And on top of that it must've been someone that you couldn't have known all that long since you didn't know that he had 3 children or that you couldn't trust him. When you're together with someone for 9 years or something I might understand joint accounts because after this much time you can be pretty sure that you can trust your partner. And to #29 I have to say the following: Sharing bank info is not the same as giving them access to it. Besides in the case of a fiance or husband it's completely normal to have acces to a joint account or whatever but I would never give somebody that I don't know all that long access to my finances. I find that kind of naive.

This is one of those situations where a 'dump him' is well deserved. Change your credit card information, lock him out, and file charges against him for whatever he stole from you. Manipulative thieves deserve little sympathy.
For your sake, I really hope you hadn't known him that long.
