Today, I'm now able to put my acne cream on my face without having to look in the mirror, because I've memorized the crater and trench-filled war zone that is my acne-riddled face. FML

Obviously your acne cream isn't working if you've had time to memorize where your acne is. Try something else

Have you been to a dermatologist? They can prescribe you some prescription strength acne meds.

Ask your doctor about medication for it. I've been on minocyclene for a month or two and it's really helped my face, back and arms out a lot!

At least you can remember that well, some people have a problem with that. Also don't worry it will be gone before long. You're not alone OP I had the same problem
