You should have felt the fur and know something is wrong
It's not like he sat around and contemplated it the material of what he was trying to shift with. He was tearing down the highway and quickly attempted to shift, as one does when tearing down a highway....
If the dog's head is small enough to be mistaken for a gear shift knob... It better be a puppy because it doesn't qualify as a 'Dog.'
Well... Puppies are technically dogs. Just because they're younger doesn't make them not a dog, but I get what you're saying... kind of. Maybe it's a chihuahua?

34- good, I'm not the only one thinking of Jeff Dunham while I read this. "I thought I was just grinding gears; 'grrrrrr'"
They could have a furry cover for their gear knob? :-/
Thats what happens when you get a small "dog." Next time secure your pet instead of letting it run loose, its a driving hazard and has caused accidents.
why wasn't his head out the window?
Exactly wat I was thinking.
If it's small enough for its head to be confused with a stick shift, it's probably too short to reach the window
Okay, Jeff Dunham
Omg I love animals and I feel bad for that dog but when I pictured it,I started laughing,I feel ashamed
Omg! Are you that weird I love cats lady?
Goddamn, OP. Look with your eyes, not with your hands. --; (for a short second that is.)
Generally if someone is comfortable driving a car with a manual transmission, they don't need to look at the gearshift to shift it. The only time I look at the gearshift in my car is if I forget if I'm in 4th or 5th, as they feel similar at highway speed.
