Why don't people just put curtains over their damned bathroom windows!? It's not that hard to install them. Or better yet, replace the glass with the kind you can't actually see through!

Why are people blaming the neighbor for anything without proof. The only evidence of the neighbors peeping is a telescope which does not hold any legitimacy as absolute evidence. Unless he caught the neighbor peeping than you can blame him.
