Today, I ordered a pizza online to be delivered to my apartment. After an hour of waiting, I called the pizza place to ask what the problem was. Apparently, the people at the apartment below me took my already paid for pizza and ate it. FML

Then knock on their door, explain what happened, and ask to reimbursed by either the pizza company, those who ate it, or both. Not really sure why you decided to whine on FML instead of handling a fairly simple problem yourself.

OP doesn't deserve a refund since he didn't have to lay out any money. The pizza joint got paid, so they come out of this okay. OP should have just ordered again and met the delivery guy downstairs.

What? The Pizza joint got paid? I'm sure you wouldn't feel the same way if some one took your money like that! If anything, OP should call the pizza co and accuse them of fraud. Or spook the people that took it by accusing them of forgery since OP paid online, there has to be a receipt to sign. So some one signed it and took the pizza.

You probably paid with your credit card, and if the pizza company is like what we get here, they need your signature. If the signature is wrong, ask for another pizza or you'll sue them for forgery (you can contact your credit card company and tell them not to authorize the payment as the item was not delivered to you). Any company inclined to keep their customers would give another pizza. Or, they can show the paper with a wrong signature, and not get paid.

What assholes. Didn't the damn pizza delivery person have your apartment number? Lazy fucktard. iI'd have ordered again, getting a shitload of complicated orders and expecting the one person to haul it all up to my apartment by him/herself. When they finally got there I'd pay, then when they asked for a tip or held out their hand for one I'd laugh hysterically and say "Yeah right!" If they bitched about the work and everything I'd look them square in the eye and say "Then next time maybe you won't give my damn pizza to my asshole neighbors, you dumbshit." and slam the door on them.
