Today, I paid $5000 for a new fence in my backyard for my dogs. My dog escaped three hours after the contractor finished the fence. FML

your dogs fml- today, our owners spent $5000 to contain us. $5000 could have bought us toys and treats for a couple of years. **** this, we are oughta here.

One of my four dogs is the same way! I have done so many things to my 6 ft. fence to keep him in, but he always escapes. I have given up!

Hot wire two sections on bottom, with concrete a little underground and two on top, use the solar powered ones. Thats the best way to go then the won't climb or dig out.

Meh--- that's just what dogs do. Its not the contractor's fault, its yours, for not securing your yard. You need to take responsibility for your dogs and stop blaming others for your failures.

yeah, I don't even have any fence and my dog has never even tried to run away. also, it helps if your dog is really happy.

if you ran your dogs until they were tired everyday like your supposed to instead of building a fence and ignoring them they wouldn't have any desire to get out.
