Today, I popped two tires hitting a curb. I called my dad hysterical, and he told me to call my mom and hung up. My mom's been dead for seven years. FML

If you're responsible enough to drive, surely you must be able to call roadside assistance? If you popped two tires it's not likely you have two spares. Tow it to a shop because you're probably going to need new tires, rims, alignment and probably tie rods. That sucks, but I don't see why you'd be hysterical over it.

Like did you think you aren't transparent as hell? LOL

Wow, you are assuming so many facts not in evidence. First there is no proof that dad has another wife who helped raise the OP since her mother died. That just you deciding that dad got remarried. Second, if the OP's mom died seven years prior then even if the OP's dad had remarried they would hardly have been married long enough to warrant the OP calling her mom. It is unlikely that the dad would have found someone instantly which means the longest possible amount of time (excluding cheating or an undisclosed divorce) that they would have been together is about 6 and a half years and at least part of that would have been the "testing the waters and dating" period. That amount of time hardly counts as time that the woman helping to raise anyone. She would have basically just existed in the periphery of the OP's life. All that is of course assuming that the OP's dad has another person they are banging, which they may not.
