Today, I purchased an app to track my period. When my mother asked me why I got it, I told her I was going to use it so I knew when to not go on a date because I don't want to be uncomfortable during a long movie. She slapped me in the face and called me a dirty prostitute and a liar. FML

That really sucks! I use the app too. also to anyone saying it's a bad excuse it really isn't. I don't like tampons and am almost paranoid about bleeding through, especially during the heavy part of my period. It makes going to the movies a pain because you don't want to leave to change pads or check if your bleeding through. The moms reaction was rude and uncalled for.
