@102, lol yeah my comment is pretty hypocritical once I think about it, but I meant online advice in a sense of there being many phony shortcuts or scams on how to do certain things such as the whole microwaving your phone for a better charge.

retarded [rɪˈtɑːdɪd] adj (Psychology) underdeveloped, esp mentally and esp having an IQ of 70 to 85 I think that "retarded" is a pretty accurate term, seeing as I doubt that OP's IQ is above 85 and his/her brain must be underdeveloped to believe such a thing.
