Repeat as many times as needed the following phrase " I can get through this. It is just chemical. I would be missed" use this on your way to a dr to get help! When I didn't have insurance I spread thin my antidepressants and had some rough days this phrase really helped me many times
the best thing to do is talk to him about it. I know depression can suck and I hope you continue to live and don't kill yourself
Depression is a very serious medical condition, as I'm sure you know. SEEK OUT HELP!! There are countless therapies and medicines to help suppress suicidal thoughts and tendencies!! It worked for my brother, and it can work for you too, OP!!
I find ot horrible that you have sex when you're not into it. It's called putting out.
OP, as someone who recently lost my best friend to suicide, I can only urge you to get some help if you're not doing so already. I don't need to tell you that clinical depression and suicidal thoughts are very serious and should never be left untreated. To the people who say "cheer up, life is great", these are empty words. A clinical depression is a mental illness that completely destroys the person suffering from it, only a person who went through it can understand how it feels. This is not like having a bad day or feeling down for a while. The disease takes everything from you and leaves utterly and totally hopeless.
Please get help.
