Op here. Just for clarity I am in shape, I do own a cat but he doesn't exactly solve bedtime loneliness, i do have a roomate but shes on winter break. Comes down to shyness and social awkwardness which I'm working on. And needing to get laid...Also working on it. But thanks for the suggestions.

Maybe you should get a dog. Not only would you always have company, they're a great way to meet new people. You can make friends when you go on regular walks. Plus owning a dog boosts self esteem and helps you keep up a regular exercise regimen. Head over to your local shelter and pick out a new best friend- but remember, they are a commitment, not a temporary solution!
