Today, I was at a party at the house of the guy I really like. We were talking when he pulled me into his room. I was excited he was finally taking our friendship to the next level, until he handed me a stick of deodorant, saying "I didn't wanna tell you in the hallway, but you really need this." FML

Today, I was running around the track at school PE with a lot of other students. I noticed a guy who smelled really bad and I thought to myself how disgusting that was and I felt bad for him. Later, I was changing and caught a whiff of my shirt. It wasn't him who was smelly. FML

I was seated next to an extremely ill-mannered girl, so I figured it was her, and thought to myself that if it happened again, I'd tell her off. Geez, commenters on here just seem to be getting meaner... or maybe there are just more trolls? There could be many reasons why her underarms are unpleasant, not just her "lack of showering". Her deodorant could be really mild. She could be starting puberty and just now growing hair in her underarms - a lot of the time hair just keeps a smell even if she is using deodorant.

Seriously! And in the OP's defense, it has been really hot (upper 90s) in Colorado recently and if her school doesn't have AC, I'm sure most people smell.

I agree. There could be many reasons. And the AC thing, they probably don't have AC. I don't know about Colorado since I live in PA, but most schools in PA and around don't have AC except in like, the computer lab or a room related.
